The single-family residence is located in a growing neighborhood on Chicago’s northwest side. The original single-story bungalow structure was completely gutted, including a basement excavation, and an entirely new second story was erected. The renovated 3,000 sf home features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The rear yard includes a new garage and rear deck.
